TARMS Canada Mentorship Program
TARMS Canada's will start their mentorship program, dedicated to Canadian and international medical students/graduates.

Our goals with this program are:

- To create a network of medical students and graduates who are looking to work in Canada or are working in Canada
- To provide support and guidance to students/graduates as they navigate through the process of matching into Canada or the U.S.
- This is open to CMGs & IMGs
Prerequisites to be a Mentor

- A Canadian or an international medical student in their penultimate or final year of medical school, OR
- An international medical graduate (unmatched or matched in a North American residency program)


As a Mentor, you would provide advice/guidance on:

- Wellness/work-life balance while in medical school abroad or during your gap year(s)
- Applying for volunteering opportunities, research opportunities, observerships & electives in North America
- CV Prep
- Exam prep (i.e. MCCQE1 for all students; the NAC OSCE and/or USMLEs for IMGs)
- Applying for residency programs in North America
